Public complaints: Lapalingo refuses payout

Hello,

some time ago I made a Deposit at Lapalingo in the amount of 500€, with the Bonus Code for PayPal (bonus in 100% amount).
After a very short time I have lost the desire to play online casino (a stake in the amount of 1€) and would now like to withdraw my balance
I am aware that I can only get back my real money (499€), but Lapalingo refuses this withdrawal.

After notifying the support I got this answer

"Hello,

unfortunately you can not withdraw your balance. You have to wager at least once - completely. You have wagered exactly 1€.
means you still have to wager 499€ before you can withdraw. This is money laundering regulation law

Sincerely."

The reason "money laundering" can't apply here at all. I have already practiced this in other casinos (e.g. 888).

I hope you can help me if there is a mistake somewhere.

Greetings
Steffen

Just out of interest, why are you doing this? It was apparently not only once...

Sry... but with the thing I can understand for the first time the casino laws. You write that you do not the first time... hmmmm... think that you already for a certain reason so handle, but certainly not because you have determined after a euro that you have no desire to play. Would be great if you had described the truth from the outset, so now, I can only shake my head ... for how stupid you think your fellow man but.

You don't seem to have quite understood that

I have by no means said that I always bet only one euro and then have no more desire. At 888 I pay regularly in and out, thereby I certainly do not always come to 100% turnover to my Deposit and can still pay out (whether win or loss).

So do not shoot so quickly from the hip and judge.

But why do you pay 500€ and after only one turn you realize that you don't feel like it anymore? This is very strange and I also think that you are hiding something here.

Would not like to attack you at all... you ba just about this one payout. There is in the message that you have actually only converted one euro, so the said is probably fact. In short.... the only one who can get your money back is your bank itself. You would have to get in touch with them. Nevertheless, I remain... I can fully understand the message, because just as you have it yes, money laundering is operated. That you now in another casino could already carry out the process, is not explainable for me, but should not have happened. To your thinking error... yes you have one... because that is money laundering.

Your Deposit must be wagered at least 1x before it can be withdrawn. At SlotsMillion I think I know that it has to be wagered even 2x before a payout can be considered.

You pay 500 euros and after 1-2 turns you have no more desire there? So don't get us wrong... Sounds very strange

And then even at Lapalingo with bonus
Would not surprise me if only 35000€ must be converted. Or can the bonus be canceled at Lapalingo?

The bonus can be canceled. Who pays please 500 (!) Euro, turns once for a round- and finds.....ach I have so no more desire Pure money laundering...point out.
