Public complaints: Lapalingo refuses payout

Hello,
after reading some horror stories here about not getting paid and the support you get in this forum, I hope you can help me.

After I have gambled away on Lapalingo the no-deposit bonus and another 10€ loaded credit, I wanted to give my luck another jerk and have loaded another 20€, unfortunately with a Bonus Code that doubles the Deposit, which has then become my undoing.
With a little luck, I then played my way up to ~80€ "real money credit", the 20€ "bonus credit" remained untouched. As a moderately well-off student, I was happy and wanted to cash out the 80€, but that didn't work. So I contacted the support which informed me that I had to fulfill the bonus conditions to withdraw my real money(!) balance, a shock for me because I had to convert another 1100€, but I thought complaining does not help. I put in an almost 10 hour Blackjack, slot and Roulette session, with ups and downs in which I also had to fall back on the bonus balance once, finally I arrived at 170€ and had finally wagered the required amount and converted the money into "real money" and promptly requested a withdrawal to not push my luck further.
Unfortunately Lapalingo denied me the withdrawal, not only that they canceled the entire balance and "refunded" my 20€ deposit with the reason that I violated the bonus conditions.

For some this is not a large amount, but for me as a student this is a lot of money that is lost, so I hope for advice on what I can do to still get my win

MfG

If you have played blackjack and roulette, then Lapalingo is not so wrong about the conditions here

You will not get the money unfortunately sorry

What is wrong with blackjack and roulette? Or why I am not pointed out that I can not play that?

It's in the Bonus terms and conditions which you seem not to have read through. Table games, Jackpot games and more than 5 euros bet at once are not allowed with a bonus

"

  • The maximum bet for converting bonus funds is €5.00 per game round/spin or €0.50 per bet/win line.

  • Switching between game types with low conversion factors in games such as Blackjack, to high conversion factors in games such as Slots, after a big win, for the sole purpose of fulfilling the bonus conditions will invalidate the win."

Great thing these bonus terms. The Blackjack and Roullette itself will probably not have lain, rather that I also times 6-9€ at the Roullette have set
That means probably never again Lapalingo for me
