Public complaints: Ikibu Casino does not pay out the win - please help!

Hello first of all together,

i deposited 500 EUR at Ikibu with my mother's credit card (I had transferred the money to her before and then deposited it via her credit card)

So now I have won 3,000 EUR there. After I have verified myself and even my mother -after Ikibu has demanded this-, since the credit card runs on her, they refuse me the payout and have transferred the 500 EUR back to the credit card out of "goodwill".

Does anyone have experience with this and can help me? I really do not find this fair...

Many thanks in advance

In my opinion, this is a clear violation regarding the money laundering story. From this point of view, be glad that the Deposit is back and invite your mother to dinner.

Thanks for the answer

Okay, then I will probably not be angry about it and as you say be glad that I got the 500 EUR back

Btw I've always done it this way - luckily no side has ever been upset about it (and there were some). However, I will reconsider it in the unlikely event of a big win

Have a nice evening!

Well, the perfidious is that it is interested in a Deposit no one - in the withdrawal, however,.....beautiful crap!

If you Deposit with a third party credit card, there is always a chance that you will have problems. Why are you depositing with your mother's credit card? So the whole thing is already strange.

But now your mother has verified herself and so have you. I would initiate a complaint with the MGA. If your mother really agreed and you are (hopefully) of age, then you might have a chance to get the winnings after all. You can file a complaint with the Malta Gaming Authority here: http://www.mga.org.mt/support/online-gaming-support/

Please do that, because legally you have nothing to worry about (if your mother agreed and you are of age). So you can win only 2.500€ with 30 minutes of work.

If you file a complaint, please keep us updated. We can learn from the experiences of other players in dealing with the MGA and other regulators. This experience will help us to better advise other players who have problems in the future.

Hello Daniel,

thanks for the answer and tips

Yes I am of age (25J.) - I have there also verified with my ID - and my mother knows of course, I think I would be more than a head shorter if I would simply debit 500 EUR from her account

I don't have my own credit card, because I don't trust myself in that respect. Should I so Deposit more than I have, I would at least have to justify myself

The with the form I will take tomorrow then in attack, a nice Christmas bonus it would be already

Please do me a favor. When the MGA asks why you are playing through your mother, don't mention that you are banned from another casino for gambling. Also don't mention that you don't trust yourself. Just say that you sometimes play together with your mother and share the winnings.
