Hello people. To my situation: have made at DrückGlück from 30 euro 35,000 euro but again played down to 20,000. Then I was awarded 100 free spins which I played down and had about 200 euro win. Then the 200 euro bonus win was added to my current account balance of 20k, so my real money account balance was converted into bonus credit

What I did not notice at first and sometimes played on more than 5 euros bet. After several times verusch via Live Chat to contact customer service (about 20 attempts!!), I called there because I wanted to delete the Bonus money to be able to withdraw. Basically it would be no problem to convert the bonus because of the high account balance I think the bonus should be converted at the latest 5k less balance. My problem is, however, that I do not know whether this is now even possible.

Hi everyone thanks for your tips ubd advice was just called by drück glück finally times by a german mitarbeiterin and I was told.
