There are really incredibly incompetent people at work. According to the chat, there is a monthly withdrawal limit of 10,000 euros (which I have also debited)

After I asked several times where I can find these conditions exactly, I was initially referred to the terms and conditions in which this is not. Also in the payout section is nothing to find in this regard.
