Hello and welcome to the forum. I have taken the liberty of changing the title so that it is better found in the search engines and other players are warned about Casino Superlines or the warning reaches as many people as possible. If this online casino really works dubious, this could increase the pressure to pay out.
Casino Superlines is incidentally operated by Equinox Dynamic N.V. based in Curacao. The casino also has a gambling license in Curacao. Equinox Dynamic N.V. operates the following other Online Casinos, which are also licensed in Curacao
OrientXpress Casino
AfriCasino
Could you describe us again how this exactly happened? I understood that from your text as follows:
You deposited 20€, played with bonus, won 5.000€ and also converted the bonus.
The support of Casino Superlines has assured you the withdrawal.
However, after Verification, the win was reduced to 400€ (probably with reference to the bonus turnover requirements).
You did not withdraw the 400€ and played your way up to a high amount again.
You played with up to 100€ / spin and won over 24.000€.
Casino Superlines now only wants to pay out 400€
Is that correct? May I also ask how you found out about Casino Superlines? Which website recommended this casino to you? You don't have to answer the last question. I'm only interested in how you get to such bidders.

So you played down the 400€ and then deposited another 20€ and thus came to an incredible 24,000€? And the second time you did not claim any bonus and ended up with only a payout of 400€?
I ask because in the Bonus terms and conditions of Casino Superlines says the following:
- Once you receive a bonus you will be eligible to cash out a maximum of x20 of your deposit until your general casino balance reaches 0.
- When a player's balance reaches 0, the bonus balance and associated Wagering requirements are reset.
The bonus wagering requirements are of course a cheek but Casino Superlines was technically in the right when they reset the first €5,000 to €400. If you played the second time (when you won the €24,000) without a bonus, that is clearly cheating and the casino should pay you your winnings in full.
Fraud or not, your problem is that you were playing at an online casino with a gambling license in Curacao. This gambling license is so weak that it is basically not a license at all. If the same thing had happened to you in Online Casinos with a European gambling license (Malta, Gibraltar, Alderny, Isle of Man, UK), you could now file a complaint with the relevant regulatory authority and this complaint would also be investigated and if it turned out that you were in the right, you would also receive your winnings. Some regulators are quicker, some are slower.
You can of course also file a complaint (in English, doesn't have to be perfect) in Curacao at: https://www.curacao-egaming.com/ (at the very bottom of the website you will find a form "File a Complaint). In our experience, this does not help at all.
We at GambleJoe do not list any online casinos with gambling licenses outside of Europe in our online casino comparison. Other websites do, however, and usually without any reference to the weak license, which is really sad!
You can now take the following steps (step by step):
You contact the support and ask why you are paid only 400€. Tell them that you created a thread on GambleJoe in the forum and send them the link. Maybe it was just an unintentional mistake (hope dies last).
If you don't get an answer or it's not plausible, you can tell them that you will fight for your money and won't rest until you get your winnings. You can tell them that you will always drag down the other brands (OrientXpress Casino and AfriCasino) as well.
After that (even if it doesn't help) you should file a complaint with the regulatory authority in Curacao: https://www.curacao-egaming.com/
At the same time you should file a complaint with the English language website Askgamblers. These lists the casino here: https://www.askgamblers.com/online-casinos/casino-superlines-review/ This will also do little good but your case is publicly viewable and hurts their reputation and maybe that's why they pay out. You should grasp at any straw.
If all this is to no avail, the only thing left to do is to damage the reputation of this casino and warn other players about Casino Superlines. Share your experience in all forums, social networks and wherever you can (preferably in German and English language forums and if you speak a third language also in this language).
You can get advice from a lawyer for international law. Whereby I give this also little chances. There are casinos in Curacao with fake slots from Novomatic and apparently not even their lawyers can defend themselves against these copyright infringements.
I am really sorry for you that I can't give you a better prognosis in this case. Only by building up massive pressure involving all casinos of Equinox Dynamic N.V. you might be able to get your winnings paid out.
In the future, you should make sure that you do not play in any online casinos with gambling licenses outside of Europe, as experience has shown that such scenarios almost always occur with large winnings. You should also always pay attention to bonus turnover conditions and rather do without the bonus in case of doubt. Also, many online casinos in Europe have partly very player-unfriendly bonus terms and conditions.
I hope that these steps will lead to success for you. It would be nice if you would keep us informed about your case.

I am also really sorry for you. But I still have to ask how you come across such casinos?
I personally have never heard of them. Most complaints are about casinos with Curacao licenses. Who or what promotes such casinos?

Virtually all relevant German-language casino sites except GambleJoe (72,100 results):
In the English-speaking world, this casino is also listed in blacklists on some sites. It really doesn't look that great. Well, I can only hope that GambleJoe will soon be at the top of the German search results with this thread, just like Playamo:

This is really extremely unfortunate but absolute standard at Curacao casinos. If a large amount is won, there are always problems. This can also happen at in Europe licensed Online Casinos on GambleJoe that there are problems or times worse online casinos are there. But then players can evaluate this and then you have (even if it often takes a long time) at least a very realistic chance to get your money, if you are as a player in the right. The most impressive example of this is this case: https://www.gamblejoe.com/news/merkur-casino-verweigert-auszahlung/
24.000€ is a hell of a lot of money and if that happened to me, I would keep an eye on the company Equinox Dynamic N.V. and warn all over the web about their online casinos, not just Casino Superlines. Unfortunately, as far as I know, this is the only effective thing you can do.
