Day 1
Chat 1 says Verification - takes 24 - 48

Day 2
Chat 2 says you can't verify the documents it makes another department, you write an email to speed it up and it is soon verified

Day 3
Chat 3 says it will not be verified on weekend and it will take up to max 2 days

From the 4k are only 2k left...
