Hello,
i have been trying to verify my Wildz account for the last few weeks. (Address, bank account and first credit card are already verified). The Binance card is actually already verified (sent photos of card) however wildz still needs either a bank statement or proof of ownership of the card. Binance support said they can't give me proof of ownership as this feature is not given. I sent Wildz a photo of a detailed transaction view where the description can be seen (Rootzltd Malta MT), date, Visa card with last four draws and the transaction ID. However, my request is always rejected. Can anyone help me further? Has anyone had similar experiences? Thank you
