I made a big win last week Monday at Wildz Casino (5 Ramses in the free spins on 1,- Euro --> 5000,- Euro win). I added the money to the withdrawals on the same day. The next day I got the request to verify my account... so far so good. I uploaded the requested documents and verified my address and ID with Klarna Online. However, since I moved in the time, I still noted in the Live Chat that I moved and asked what I should do, because possibly now the wrong address was verified. In the chat, I was told that it was sufficient that I had just noted this and that I did not have to do anything further. Then 4 days passed without anything happening. Then I asked in the live chat what was the problem again and uploaded the document from the bank account in the chat. The employee then told me that the document was actually okay because all the required data was there. She said that I should simply upload the front and back of the bank card and then I will be verified in the next few hours
Now 1 day has passed again and it is now neither my new address, nor the bank account processed. I am starting to feel that this is an absolute stalling tactic by Wildz.Maybe they are hoping that I might still lose my win. I also understand that due to the current situation a processing takes a little longer than the stated 24h, but this is slowly but just cheeky from Wildz! I was really excited about the casino, but in the end you have NO direct contact in the subject of Verification! Really weak performance from the casino!

Now I wonder of course, whether I see my money at some point again, or whether the game continues to run so...
Have you had similar experiences at the moment? How long did a verification take with you? And do you think I will get the money at all?
