Hello everyone

I used to play regularly and verified on sunmaker and like probably all German players I had to verify myself again.
Unfortunately, I have not managed to do so to date.
Every time after uploading the ID card, the selfie comes up and I should make a circular head movement and somehow it never quite works ... sunmaker support doesn't answer me by email either, although I always get emails from them about every action...as if I could play there normally ....has anyone else experienced anything similar?
