Casino verification: Verification Vegadream

Hello,

i'm currently having a lot of problems with Verification on Vegadream.

I have been playing there for some time and have already had a few withdrawals. Now it came to verification request.
My ID and proof of address were no problem, but they do not want to accept my proof of payment.

I have been paying at all casinos by Sofort/Klarna for ages and have never had any problems with the verification of this payment method.
The normal bank statement, not older than 3 months, has always been sufficient.

Now Vegadream says that they want a proof of my payment via Adyen because I should have paid at some point in a GAMMIX casino with it.
However, I do not have an account with Adyen which makes a proof logically impossible.

After a little research I noticed that a transfer to Sugarcasino (also GAMMIX) is shown on my bank statement from 20.12.2019 to Adyen NV although I paid there with Klarna.

I have found the following at Adyen:

Why does Adyen appear on my bank statement?

Your bank statement may show "Adyen" instead of the name of the company where you made a purchase. In some cases, you may see "Adyen" in combination with the name of the company. It is very likely that you have purchased something from one of our customers.

If you need help with a payment you made (to change your order or request a refund), you will need to contact the company directly. We cannot make changes or refunds on behalf of companies that use our technology.

I have also sent the relevant statement to Vegadream to prove to them that I do not have an account with Adyen but they do. In the same way, it can happen that a transfer made by GAMMIX is shown as Adyen on their own account statement.

At the moment I do not know how to proceed. After all, there are 600 euros on "Pending" at Vegadream.

Maybe Caro can help with this particular problem

Thanks a lot
