Hi folks,
The day before yesterday I made a win of 5000 € at Stake7. The account was already verified yesterday morning they asked me for bank statements. They didn't say which bank statements, I deposited via NetTeller.
I have sent my bank account statements. I haven't heard anything since then... not even when I asked. Is it normal that they take so long? With other casinos it's quick and easy. Were you asked directly for bank statements? Then probably from these where your depositor is also visible! The duration of the Verification can vary & is now everywhere so that it takes a little longer than normal, especially for larger sums..they will get in touch if they need something else.
