Casino verification: Verification Lottoland address

Hello all,

since this is my first post, I hope to be right here:-)

But I need an assessment, vlt even from someone with the same experience.

It's about the fact that I play for a long time with an already verified account at Lottoland with VIP status. Up to this point, everything worked fine, i.e. payout, contact to VIP support, etc.

Now, however, the situation is that after a higher win this time (ca.7000) my payout was blocked and my account should be verified again
So far so good and for me first no problem. However, I moved last year (same state, one place further) and well what can I say, it really just missed and without evil background Lottoland to report.

Unfortunately, I only really noticed this when I checked my player account.

Now I've just sent everything to Lottoland, speak ID with new address + re-registration confirmation of the city with new address and an authority proof that I live at the new address (exactly one place further:-) ), plus other required documents (bank statement, MuchBetter proof)

Now of course I fear that Lottoland could deactivate my account, since my old address is stored in the player account, even if one can certainly understand that it is about me.

It would not be the end of the world, but vlt someone can estimate whether Lottoland could be accommodating here, then to my advantage.

Otherwise, I wish everyone a nice weekend and of course good luck:-)

Greetings Shaihulud

Of course, you never know what the casinos come up with
But I guess a large part of the players fails to change his address in all casinos when moving. Even if it is according to the terms and conditions I think mandatory.

I have done after my last move also nowhere, and had to re-verify me in October 2020 as many have insisted on a new Verification by idnow etc, with many. Has no one made trouble (went mostly! But also not for a payout).

But also do not remember any case here where there was trouble because of an unreported move

So I would wait and see, but not worry too much about it...
