Was previously always super satisfied with vegadream, now I am no longer. will avoid the entire group.

Here's what happened:

On 31.12 I received from Vegadream FS without deposit. Have requested 30€ for payout. On 01.01 I got a 100% bonus. Have then gambled everything except 0.30 € (!) Bonus money. On 02.01 they suddenly canceled my withdrawal because they still needed documents. I sent them and they were verified. Now I told them that they should please cancel the remaining 0,30€ Bonus money - they don't do that. They just don't check, or don't want to check, that the 30€ is independent from the bonus. If it wasn't non-deposit money I wouldn't care, then I would gamble. But I can't withdraw more than 30€ of it anyway - so I can only lose here if I play with it


Definitely a scam that exactly then documents are requested AND my withdrawal is cancelled
