Casino verification: Unibet proof of address

Hello all,

I currently have open withdrawals at Unibet of about 3000 €.

So far, amounts up to 600 € were always transferred after about 1-2 hours.

However, when I ordered a payout of 2400 €, documents were requested. So far in order.

I have uploaded my passport and a bank statement in PDF

After a few minutes, the passport was confirmed and the bank statement was rejected, because it could not be read. However, it was not a photo or scan but a newly downloaded one

I then uploaded a letter from my bank. That was on 13.08.2020.

Since then nothing has happened and the Live Chat only says that can take days.

Does anyone have experience evt. how many "days" it can be?

Greetings

Yes I have had nothing but good experiences so far

However, I am now surprised that the address Verification already takes 5 days, while transfers of wins are done after an hour 😀

I would just be interested to know how long something like this can take so I don't look at my phone every 5 minutes

Haven't had any problems of this nature there with verification. Very strange. But have not won even close to this amount. I think they are being coy about the high win and are doing attrition tactics

A short friendly mail to the German support was enough. The money is already on the account 😊
