Hello, does anyone have experience with Verification at Unibet? For me it already takes 10 days and from support it only says 'please be patient'.

Briefly to the story:
I have registered (from Austria) on unibet.DE, deposited and won a 5-digit sum. When I wanted to cash out, my account was blocked because I was not allowed to register from Austria on unibet.DE but only on unibet.COM, so the answer in customer chat. Nevertheless, a payout was probably possible, they said.

Today, 10 days later, the verification process is still underway. All inquiries in the chat end with "Please be patient, we are checking"...

I see everything, but 10 days is just really a number.

Anyone experience with this?
