Hello,
i have requested a payout of 1.000€ on 29.06.2021 at Sven-Play (Trustly). My account was already fully verified with all documents.
Until 01.07. nothing has happened, although there is talk of a payout within 24-72 hours. On my request, I was told, you still have to perform a Skype video Verification!
Does anyone else have experience of you at Sven-Play that you had to perform such a verification?
Finding an appointment for this Skype verification then turned out to be difficult, because the support by mail answered only inadequately. Then on 06.07.2021 the 10-minute verification took place. I was told that the department would get back to me as soon as possible. And what happened the following days? NOTHING!!!
On e-mails was again hardly answered and I now do not know how it continues and whether and / or when Sven-Play finally executes the payout after almost two weeks!!!!
Have you had similar experiences with Sven-Play with problems/delays with payouts? If so, do you have more tips for me, what I can do now to get my money?
