Casino verification: Surfplay verification

Hello folks,
I made a good win the day before yesterday at Surfplay and then verified myself (the usual things like ID, address confirmation and my credit card verification) after 24 hours everything was verified but my withdrawal was canceled. When I asked support, I was told that one thing was missing: a selfie with ID and a piece of paper with "Hello Surfplay Casino" and the current date on it. I then submitted this and it was accepted, so I am now virtually fully verified (at least according to the Verification section in my profile). Of course, I then requested a payout because I thought everything should be fine now, but this payout was canceled again because I was not fully verified. Someone from support wrote that it first had to be "incorporated" into my account. I have now requested the payout again and have been waiting ever since.
Long story short: Have any of you had similar experiences or did everything go well in the end?
I'm somehow quite unsure as it feels as if they want to artificially hold back the payout.

Thanks for your answers and best regards.

I have no experience in this store, but it also sounds like a stalling tactic. I was able to have the money paid out immediately after verification and it was always approved. I have not yet heard of any "training" in the account - this is also unusual.

Exactly what I'm talking about, I've been to a lot of sites and the verification always went without a hitch, as did the payouts. I have never gone through such a long verification process. If it is one at all. I'll just wait and see
