Casino verification: [solved] Help! Duxcasino Verification!

Hello, I hope you are all well!

I have problems with a Verification for the first time.

I actually only play at casinos that belong to the N1 Group, as I have never had any problems there.
Now yesterday at Duxcasino I deposited 100 euros with 100% bonus and won 1100 euros. Wager through, pure joy
Of course, I immediately sent in all the documents that I usually use for verification - and never had any problems.

ID - front and back
Bank statement
Proof of deposit

Now I am told that the bank statement is not valid as a "proof of address", although this is even listed as an example document. All other casinos have also accepted it without any problems. They insist that you want a " utility bill/tax invoice or something like that" as proof. I can't provide any of that since I still live with my parents and am a student. So I don't know what to do now. Sent in a normal invoice - rejected. Certificate of enrollment - rejected.

What are my options? Threaten with MGA as many do?

Can anyone help me with this?

Love! qwuby

Just send a cell phone bill from your provider. They always accept that

Well, my cell phone contract is in my mother's name. Giga Combi contract. So could save 10 euros ..

Have you ever gone through this with the customer chat? That the bank statement is given as an example, I mean. If that doesn't help, before you go to the MGA, you can contact Askgamblers and file a complaint there first.

Dux Casino maintains the "Certificate of trust" there
Ask gamblers has relatively much weight in the scene. However, I would recommend running the whole thing through the English version, as this seems to work better.

I have now spoken to two different support staff. The second one said that my bank statement was accepted as proof of payment and not proof of address. He realizes that the bank statement could be accepted as proof of address, but he can't because proof of address can't be the same as proof of payment. I uploaded the bank statement as proof of address and a screenshot of the payment as proof of payment. I should now describe my whole request again by email.

I will then file a complaint with Askgamblers
Is just really stupid something

Thanks for your help!

Is just in my opinion pure harassment. I can only recommend you to look around elsewhere. N1 Casinos leave a lot to be desired. No set bets at Blackjack... Very strict Verification process (possibly selfies etc). There are other good and reputable casinos without the current policies.

Update: I decided to write a "nice" email for the time being. There I described the situation again and added all documents. At the end I wrote "If we don't find a solution, I feel forced to get help from Askgamblers or the MGA" Poof, got the answer this morning that they accepted my enrollment certificate as a gesture of goodwill. Actually, I was going to get a registration certificate from the municipality for 10 euros - that would have been accepted otherwise
So everything is good now and the money should be on my account soon.

To N1: Have otherwise never had problems there, as mentioned above. Have there also already had payouts in the five-digit range (at N1casino). Selfie with Perso I also had to prove at Slothunter, but I found that not so wild.

Thanks for your help! Think the Askgamblers or MGA threat has torn it out.

EDIT: Money has just been received! Woop Woop.

You/you happy holidays and a happy new year!

Can therefore be closed!
