Hello all,

unfortunately, I have had problems for weeks with the Verification of my address with the Provider DrückGlück.
My credit card + ID card could be confirmed directly.

However, more than 10 documents regarding my address have already been rejected.

I have already uploaded letters from my bank, my Insurance and a bank statement.

When asked in the chat, it was only said (in more than bad English, since German support apparently does not exist) that the docuemnts were illegible and I should upload the document in a "larger" format.
I did that, but then they said that the edges must be visible - so rejected again!

I feel here meanwhile simply only fooled and stalled and have similar experiences with other providers so far nciht had to make.

Maybe someone here has made similar experiences or an idea how I get the problem solved?

Unfortunately, there is no help from DrückGlück.

In addition, I have already sent three mails in the last 3 weeks, which were completely ignored...

Submit documents by mail is not supposed to work anything for "security reasons"...
