Good evening

Maybe someone here has a Tip or help for me, I actually wanted to Deposit a little something at Lapalingo again, but my account was blocked because I have to/should verify myself again.so far so good, the QR code shown to me then scanned for my cell phone as desired and then it stops, first a wheel turns for hours and nothing happens or I get any further then I should activate my camera, but it is and I can't get any further.maybe someone here has an idea?or what maybe I'm doing wrong?
