Hi lovelies,
is there anyone here who could help me transfer my win to Platincasino? I'm slowly getting fed up 😞
I won on Sunday and would of course like to have this money - but somehow they can't cope with my uploaded files regarding the depositor. For three days now, the payout has been repeatedly canceled and I have been told that the file of my Deposit via giropay does not contain all the data (screenshot in online banking of said deposit).
The VIP support as a platinum player does not help me either. Now I have uploaded everything again with everything that is possible and unfortunately nothing happens ... my name, my IBAN, amount, time and recipient 🙈😞
Why do you have to verify yourself a hundred times anyway if you want the money?
Can someone possibly help me? Everything worked perfectly last time and now I get this.

In any case, there is no point in sending the same thing over and over again. what does the email say why the document was rejected? are you sending screenshots or photos? if screenshots, maybe try desktop mode or send another depositor to Platin..at some point it will work. don't give up

is your name and complete address visible in your screenshot of the depositor and the document completely visible?so recognizable beginning & end or just screenshot made in the middle?they take it in their way something very accurate..can you print out statements in your bank?that would still be an idea

I first took a screenshot of the online payment but then they told me my name must be included and my IBAN... I have now done this but unfortunately there has been no communication since then.
It just annoys me to have to deal with this for 3 days, because the last time I did nothing else and everything was fine and the money was there within a day.
