Hey guys,


Platin originally asked for a copy of my bank card, copy of my passport and proof of address. I submitted all of that on 11.11.2020.

This was also confirmed many days later. (In the meantime, I have made from originally 10k win -17k) Then, in addition, a bank statement was required. (Was only recently with acquaintances not required and account was released directly)

My super bank has of course taken forever to provide the account statement with all requirements, have it then only uploaded on 01.12.2020. Since then pending!

Limits are activated for weeks so that no shit happens.

Multiple inquiries in Live Chat have brought nothing. One was turned away. That the employees in the live chat can even verify accounts is new to me. No one ever wanted to do that for me, even when I asked......

Can someone please help? Wanted to have the money already this year...
