Hello everyone, I have tried to debit 3000 € from mypaysafecard to my bank account, however, the debit was rejected because mypaysafecard requires proof of my bank account (bank statement) to perform the withdrawal?
So far, this was never needed. But with the sum at once they need that. Have you ever had such a case?

But then Paysafecard would charge him 6x a fee, instead of only 1x, if he transfers from My Paysafecard the 3000 Euro in 500 Euro steps to his bank account.

I don't have an answer to that either, but a counter question: How or by what does one get such an amount at PSC? Payout from a casino or bookie probably - but why? Why not pay out directly to the bank account of just mentioned. That's exactly how I do it for my part and the thought process would interest me.

If it's not a licensed store, maybe it's better to avoid that....
However, I don't see any problem at all with sending psc a bank statement. You have to do that with casinos too
And what is the problem now? They only want to know if you are the owner of the account. Have never had any problems with Paysafe since the changeover, submit proof and done, you can blacken the account balance etc.. Otherwise, if as you say, your account is already KYC, I would ask why suddenly again a confirmation is necessary.

Since the banks do not control the name and therefore a transfer to the account of Hans Peter would also go with the recipient Max Schneider and you could thus at least theoretically specify an account that does not belong to you, the answer makes perfect sense
Thus I also think it goes to them only to see that this account also runs on your name @TE
