I have requested a payout of 600 euros at NetBet.

I received an automated mail from support:
"The bank statement must necessarily contain the codes Swift (Bank Indentification Code) and IBAN (Identification Bank Account Number), as well as the currency of the bank account.
We kindly ask you to send us these copies, as attachments by e-mail. Illegible documents will not be accepted."
