Hello does anyone have contact with mifinity or a solution to my problem? I only see transactions until November 2023. I've had the account for years. Bitkingz wants the deposits with them as a screenshot. But they were before that. Can someone help me. Since support is very tedious with them. Or does anyone know more. Thanks for help

The easiest solution here would be to Deposit again via MiFinity and send them the screenshot.
Unfortunately, MiFinity support is very slow and difficult to reach, but if the first option is not an option, you will have to request the account statements via support. I don't know if they can send it to you though, so I would recommend you just deposit again

Hi, they want the old mifinity depositors too. A new depositor will get me nothing. I have read that you have to log in via 2 factor with Verification code. Then you get more than 90 days to see.but find nothing where I can set that. Any idea?
