As far as I know, it is not possible to take all information on 1 screenshot? When I open the desktop version and select the transaction, all the information is there except my name. Individual screenshots, as you do at all the other casinos and are accepted, are always rejected by LuckyWins.
Does anyone have any idea if this is possible or is it, as I believe, just a tactic not to pay out. It is only about an amount of 197 Euro.
If it is really not possible as I suspect, I strongly advise you not to deposit there, at least not with jeton.
I have never had such problems with casinos when paying with Jeton.
