I have had a problem with LocoWin for 3 months. I was asked to prove my address and bank details, which I have done. Only it is always required that I should prove my address, which I have done so far within the 3 months already about 5 times despite the fact that I have reported to the support of Locowin does nothing. In addition, I was completely blocked 3 weeks ago to play at all because they can not even manage to verify my address. Every time they say "please be patient we have sent a message to the finance department it will be accelerated". Neither does who what from the support I get every week the same message, again prove address although I have done it more than 5 times. Who can help ?
Is your proof still up to date ? Most documents are only accepted if they are not older than 3 months and the best way is with a bank statement or an electricity or gas bill
Loco is Gammix and you have to pull everything out of their nose but probably it is because of wrong documents
Always this crap with the alleged finance department ... I always have to think of those dirty call centers that promise you a win if you just subscribe to a magazine. ... blablabla

Still nothing has happened despite sending multiple bank statements, cell phone bills, utility bills. Every week the same answer from support that I should send it again for verification. And it really is as they demand it exactly everything on it ! Support also only gives the same answers over and over again in Live Chat but no one does anything !
My tip. Open a case at Askgamblers. Since the Gammix booths usually track. Had that a month ago also at Vegadream. The good thing about Askgamblers is that they have to answer within a certain time
