Hello,
does GJ still have a contact at LocoWin Casino?

About 2 weeks ago I ordered 50€ payout, still not there.

Casino wants to order investigation, for this my bank statement since day of withdrawal is needed to prove that nothing arrived. OK.

Now I got the bank statement as a PDF and really only blacked out the most personal data (The names of my parents and friends, my total account balance, transaction IDs from Paypal).

I left the 2 50€ transfers completely unblackened as proof. For the rest of the transfers, it is immediately apparent from the amount that this can not be the payout (because not exactly 50€).

Now to my question: The document was rejected, I should upload everything unredacted.

For me absolutely no alternative, because I will not send any highly personal things unblackened to a shady casino.

Just use the PDF tool and remove all other data from the account statement. If necessary, you can also create only certain data by Provider as an extra PDF for certain banks. I always do so and has not yet disturbed any provider, which is also nothing.


Alternatively Sceenshot create and edit and create as a PDF.
