Hello all,

As already described in the title I have problems with my Verification at Lapalingo I have won about 1 month ago 300€ and try since then unsuccessfully to verify my account ID went immediately but the address proof does not work I still have my old address because I recently moved and therefore I think it is rejected. I have now very often written an email but always get the same back that I have to upload documents... I have already sent bank statement, state letter and phone bill but everything was rejected.
Am slowly already really despairing so close to Christmas

i assume that they have seen the new address on your passport. send them your re-registration certificate from the registration office. then that should be clarified.
