Have won yesterday just 620 euros have deposited with immediately and now wanted to pay out via bank transfer. Everything uploaded and then write me that the documents are missing from my mifinity Deposit 2 months ago. Since my mifinity account but is closed I sent them the email where that was confirmed by mifinity that my account was closed. Now they want to see the account number, name and email address and I should contact support, I sent them old screenshots where you can see all this and they think only write to mifinity support or no payout although everything is visible on my screenshots. Maybe someone already had the same experience
