I've been desperately trying to verify my account at BetAlice Casino for weeks, but have been unable to get proof of account from Jeton for February.
I have uploaded it in different ways and it is always rejected without explanation.
The problem is when you download the statement from Jeton there are no payment details on it, e.g. payment ID, but I uploaded the PDF and it was rejected.
I also took screenshots of my account and uploaded them, but they still show more details.
