Hello all,

i wanted to get my GUTS account verified on 04/30. I have uploaded all documents. I am currently waiting 48 hours for someone to get back to me. Nothing happens. In the chat they only say that it is soon so far. By mail I just do not get any answer

I really do not understand why not even someone can help me there.

Exactly after 48 hours the documents were checked. Proof of address was not accepted. Sent everything again & 2 hours later everything was accepted & my payout was processed
