first briefly about me:
I am Chris and have been a silent reader for many years, but now I need some advice / help.

I have at Woopwin a payout of 400 Eur open since 15.05
ID and address I have uploaded directly on 16.05 because of the KYC, was confirmed the next day also directly, which surprised me very much.
When paying out to the account, then afterwards a bank statement was required on which my name and my IBAN is to be seen

I uploaded the requested documents for the account statement on May 19, without any feedback so far.

I had deposited with Flexepin, which is something like a Paysafecard / Neosurf.

But since I am probably one of the last people in Germany who has no online banking,
i sent a bank statement with my account number, my bank code and my name.
I also sent an email to support@hd.woopwin.com with a photo of the account statement and my ec-card with my name, IBAN and address on it.
Since then I have not heard anything from Woopwin, except that the data will be checked by mail. The chat is not helpful, supposedly I am not even allowed to upload documents there,
because the employees can not forward the documents (I know of no other casino but good). So I am always just put off by the chat.
I have the hope that Caro or Sabine might be able to help here, since you could often solve problems with casinos in the past.
