Moin, I wanted to be verified yesterday at Betano. Since the whole thing runs on "immediately" etc. I entered everything normally and then got after schufa query "your last Verification failed please try again or contact support". When I asked the support I got somehow no help. I would prefer to verify myself simply by ID card, but apparently this does not work either. Does anyone know what to do.
