I've only been a silent reader here so far, but I'm very interested in your opinion on my little problem.
I won 5000€ at Grandclub, a Rabidi Casino. Now, of course, they want Verification before the payout.
Everything is fine so far, but they want a photo of the credit card I deposited with.
That wouldn't be a problem in itself if I hadn't deposited via Apple Pay. For security reasons, Apple Pay uses a different credit card number for online payments than the one on the linked card. And they now want to see this credit card number on a card, which is of course impossible.
I have already explained this in the chat and also uploaded proof in the verification menu that the card belongs to me and that Apple uses a different number. Unfortunately, this was rejected without comment.
Now I was told in the chat that I should contact support by email. Unfortunately, there has been no reply so far.
Have any of you ever had this problem and been able to solve it somehow? I'm now afraid that the support team won't understand the problem at all and will continue to balk or, even worse, close my account because of the irregularities. Does anyone have any ideas or experience?
Huhu Faruq,
actually, I completely understand what you mean and I'm always very careful when depositing with a credit card that I don't Deposit with a "virtual credit card".
I could imagine that it would help if you sent the casino the account statement where the depositors are visible.
If it has your name on it and a screenshot of the app where you can see that it's a virtual card - you might get somewhere with it.
In any case, don't let yourself be tempted to gamble the money away again!!! Even if it's difficult and it might take weeks to solve the problem. Hang in there, explain everything, have the money paid out at some point and buy yourself something nice from the win so that the money doesn't end up back in the slot so quickly - that's how I would do it...

Can you Deposit at the casino with funID? If so, you could use it to deposit €10 and withdraw without having to verify yourself.
otherwise have fun waiting & don't gamble away your win because of it..it will take a long time but eventually the problem will clear up....
It's always a problem with other casinos too...
Congratulations on the Verification finally working out. And what happened with your payout of 5K? Has it already been completed or have you received the money? I'd be interested to know, as I unfortunately had a bad experience with a Rabidi Group casino. In general, credit cards are not suitable for depositing and withdrawing money, and you read enough about the problems that can occur with them.

Thank you. I'm still waiting for the payout. I can only withdraw €500 per day anyway.
But I'm registered with about every casino in the Rabidi Group and have already won something at a lot of them. They've always paid out so far. And I always request the payout via bank transfer. It takes between 1 and 5 days, but it always arrives.

"Only" paying out 500 euros per day? Some people would be happy to receive €500 a day All right, then I must have found a casino from the Rabidi group that wasn't so willing to pay out^^. But that was a few years ago. Did you request a payout via bank transfer? I hope you're not shoveling the money to the Sparkasse or whatever bank?

Go to Revolut. But Sparkasse never had a problem with my withdrawals either:)
Unfortunately, Revolut is also no longer recommended after this bank introduced the DE IBAN. It may all go well, but if you're unlucky, it may also lead to problems with this bank in the near future.
Here is something worth knowing about Revolut:
Revolut Bank UAB is licensed and regulated by the Bank of Lithuania and the European Central Bank and is supervised by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority to the extent that Revolut Bank UAB provides services through its branch in Germany.
As an alternative, I would possibly suggest Wise Bank. If you haven't had any problems with the savings bank so far, you've been lucky that you haven't had any trouble with them. There are already enough cases in this forum where there have been complaints.
when depositing with a credit card, I always make sure that I don't Deposit with a "virtual credit card".
& why? Because so far I've never had any problems with this or, when it comes to Verification, I've always been able to get it through in the second round.

Maybe try depositing again with Mifinity, Jeton or similar, maybe the payout will also work with this method.
