Casino verification: ApplePay verification at Rabidi N.V.

Hello everyone,

I've only been a silent reader here so far, but I'm very interested in your opinion on my little problem.

I won 5000€ at Grandclub, a Rabidi Casino. Now, of course, they want Verification before the payout.
Everything is fine so far, but they want a photo of the credit card I deposited with.

That wouldn't be a problem in itself if I hadn't deposited via Apple Pay. For security reasons, Apple Pay uses a different credit card number for online payments than the one on the linked card. And they now want to see this credit card number on a card, which is of course impossible.

I have already explained this in the chat and also uploaded proof in the verification menu that the card belongs to me and that Apple uses a different number. Unfortunately, this was rejected without comment.

Now I was told in the chat that I should contact support by email. Unfortunately, there has been no reply so far.

Have any of you ever had this problem and been able to solve it somehow? I'm now afraid that the support team won't understand the problem at all and will continue to balk or, even worse, close my account because of the irregularities. Does anyone have any ideas or experience?

Huhu Faruq,
actually, I completely understand what you mean and I'm always very careful when depositing with a credit card that I don't Deposit with a "virtual credit card".
I could imagine that it would help if you sent the casino the account statement where the depositors are visible.
If it has your name on it and a screenshot of the app where you can see that it's a virtual card - you might get somewhere with it.
In any case, don't let yourself be tempted to gamble the money away again!!! Even if it's difficult and it might take weeks to solve the problem. Hang in there, explain everything, have the money paid out at some point and buy yourself something nice from the win so that the money doesn't end up back in the slot so quickly - that's how I would do it...
