Hello all,

i am somewhat new to gambling and have already tried to read up on it, but unfortunately I can't find any concrete information anywhere.

I have deposited at Lapalingo 100 euros + used a Bouscode PayPal and received a 100 euro bonus.

I was lucky and have won with some 2.50 euro spins meanwhile just under 1150 euros. Now I wanted to withdraw a part, have uploaded the necessary documents etc, but in my account is always Payable balance: 0.00 euro
