Bonus & offers: Pragmatic Play Tournament No payout

Hi, I "won" a Pragmatic Tournament about 2 weeks ago (at least that's what the attached screenshot says). After asking luckyhunter.com support several times I was always told that the money will be credited soon and that you just have to wait for the provider. Today I asked again, but this time I was told that I hadn't won at all, as I'm apparently only shown as a winner on "their site" but not in general, and that I'm not entitled to the win. Seems kind of strange to me after almost 2 weeks of waiting, as I was firmly expecting the win to be paid out and was promised it several times in the live chat.
Does anyone have any experience with this?

I'm also still waiting for the payout. I'll probably ask the support team too.

Normally the money is paid by the Provider and not by the casino.

Do you have proof that you have won? In any case, I would contact Pragmatic and ask Pragmatic Play | Contact | Best Casino Content Provider

Was it the same Tournament as shown above? At which casino, if you may ask?
I would be interested to know what the support team says if you ask. As I said, I was promised 2-3 times that the money would come soon and today they said I hadn't won at all, although it's there in black and white

Exactly the same tournament, yes. I wrote to VIP Guru. They always reply within 24 hours. I'm curious. Would you provide me with the screenshot if required? I also have some, but since they were taken on my cell phone, it's not as clear as yours

I don't like this Provider at all. I was one of the winners at another casino. I was told that the money from the provider's draws would be transferred at the end of the tournament, but the exchange never happened. About a month later, they told me I hadn't won anything, so I immediately closed my account at the casino.

That's the answer:

"
..

Thank you for your patience!

I wanted to inform you about your latest request. I have received a reply from the department responsible for monitoring tournaments. It has been clarified that the event in question is not an internal tournament. The player list displayed on the website was incorrect as it was several tournaments within the same group and not a single event.

What incredible cheek on the part of the casino/provider to present it as if you had won something big and in the end it was misrepresented. That was the last time I deposited there

Was this an official Pragmatic Tournament or just from the respective casino/casino group?

It was an official Pragmatic Tournament, as already written the casino support has put me off several times by saying they have to wait for the payout from the provider
