Hi, I "won" a Pragmatic Tournament about 2 weeks ago (at least that's what the attached screenshot says). After asking luckyhunter.com support several times I was always told that the money will be credited soon and that you just have to wait for the provider. Today I asked again, but this time I was told that I hadn't won at all, as I'm apparently only shown as a winner on "their site" but not in general, and that I'm not entitled to the win. Seems kind of strange to me after almost 2 weeks of waiting, as I was firmly expecting the win to be paid out and was promised it several times in the live chat.
Does anyone have any experience with this?

Normally the money is paid by the Provider and not by the casino.
Was it the same Tournament as shown above? At which casino, if you may ask?

I don't like this Provider at all. I was one of the winners at another casino. I was told that the money from the provider's draws would be transferred at the end of the tournament, but the exchange never happened. About a month later, they told me I hadn't won anything, so I immediately closed my account at the casino.
