The prize is a 150 € Eventim voucher, I had the highest coin win in the Tournament with Book of Dead (4 heads on 1,00 € in the free spins and that one day before Christmas). Inquiries (without screenshot) always resulted in an automatic email that the request is accepted and processed but I then received no feedback at all. Other emails are answered very quickly, but no one responds to this issue.
