I opened 2 tickets today because 2 levels hq7 and 10 were not credited to me in one game. 7 was definitely in the required 7 days, I wasn't quite sure about 10...
Now all tasks were simply marked as expired, even all where 30 days are left (maximum 8 are up)...

If this is an offer that runs via freecash as a Provider, you should definitely get it via a ticket or then via the chat. It was always credited to me sooner or later.
