I opened 2 tickets today because 2 levels hq7 and 10 were not credited to me in one game. 7 was definitely in the required 7 days, I wasn't quite sure about 10...
Now all tasks were simply marked as expired, even all where 30 days are left (maximum 8 are up)...

If this is an offer that runs via freecash as a Provider, you should definitely get it via a ticket or then via the chat. It was always credited to me sooner or later. I have now had to open a ticket for a game that runs via Torox or whatever that nonsense is called. After 5 days, I got an email saying that they couldn't assign it and put me off for another 15 to 30 days, even though the levels were paid to me instantly and without any problems beforehand. I did Hashlucky directly via Freecash back then. i deposited €70 and wagered at least €140, which was no problem at all...
