Hi,

i had just played at bwin unknowingly with a bonus. But this has expired since 03.12 according to the system message.
I do not quite understand the whole thing, in principle, the situation is now so:

I had three smaller wins at Reactoonz and now have a total balance of 150€ according to the account, of which 121 euros bonus credit.
The 121€ probably corresponds to the amount I won.

So to me it pulled the wins in the restricted Bonuses that I can't get to now?
(Bonus is displayed as expired and the status progress is fixed at 70% and does not change anymore)

In-game I now have only the 29€ available.

Is this a case for the support? Does anyone have advice?

The bonus has disappeared, along with the 150€.

A part I probably got transferred to the regular balance, because the amount without win jumped a bit, but only a part.
For me, that was it with Bwin. Something like that should not happen.

If the bonus expired on 3.12., it is unusual that you could still play with it.
Whether consciously or unconsciously, you would have had to convert the bonus until 2.12, then that would have gone clearly.
I do not think that it is the fault of the casino, because the bonus was theoretically no longer usable from 3.12. anyway.

Whether bwin has to pay for it is really questionable....but as I know the are very accommodating, I would in any case turn to the support
