Hello all,

i had myself blocked for one year in the casino via the OASIS system in February 2022.
I got my finances back under control in that time and therefore wanted to unblock myself. At the end of March, I submitted the application for the unblocking by mail, a confirmation of receipt came directly.
However, to date I have not received an answer.

I sent the application again by mail 2 weeks ago, still no answer.

My plan was actually to block me for the minimum blocking period of 3 months if they lose control again. But so one shrinks back then nevertheless, if time for the unblocking lasts more than 2 months.

I would be interested in your experiences, did you also have to wait so long? Or was it faster for you?

Do you have any tips to speed it up?
