Since this is my first post in the forum - although I've been reading quietly for a long time - I would like to say a quick hello to the round, I'm w, 35 and work in a casino (no chain, but licenses from Novo and Merkur), my husband plays online from time to time. I could talk about so many topics, but in principle I would only reflect what Daniel and now Christoph have already experienced in relation to the machinations of Mr. Gauselmann and Co
Therefore, this is about one thing that I just wanted to tell you.
I'm sure you all know these "warning lawyers" who like to hang around on ebay etc. to warn off trademark abuses and the like. There is also something like that for game stores. I do not know if I can post the link here? I'll do it, Daniel please delete it, if that's not right: www.ba-larm.de
My boss has been affected by this himself (and yes, it serves him damn right the old rip-off artist, hihi) and he had to pay a hefty fine. On this site, anyone can anonymously report gambling houses that violate any requirement. The association then sends a private detective (in our case a retired policeman) to check it out. If he finds something, he files a complaint with the evidence he has collected (witness in tow or video evidence), after which the operator is taken to court
The awesome thing about the whole story - as in our case - was that the detective had no evidence at all (he had allegedly forgotten to take along his witness, who is usually present) and only his testimony was enough for the court to impose a five-digit fine on my boss. And in our case it was only about the fact that the "player" was not asked for an ID check within 30 seconds after entering but only after 50 seconds.
And why am I telling you this now? I personally did not know the site. Maybe it is interesting for one or the other, who finds violations in the local gambling house or (you can also find it on the site) in the gastronomic area and would like to report them.
Daniel, I hope I have now with the contribution against nothing offend, I am there not so firm, what one may post or not. You will know it, so solllte anything inappropriate, please delete Thank you.
Thank you for your detailed and highly interesting contribution! You are allowed to post almost anything here and there is nothing inappropriate about your post - quite the opposite! I will forward this thread to Christoph, who will write his own short article about this topic the days.
Thanks Daniel and nice that I could contribute something interesting for you. On the net you can find - if you do a little research - some information on the mentioned topic, am curious about your article
