Good morning everyone.
I hope you can help me here. I don't spend a lot of time on forums, so I hope I've come to the right place.
It's about the following: As I work for a bank, I had myself banned from playing in casinos in Germany a few years ago as a precautionary measure.
Now, at the end of July this year, I have been invited to visit some friends who would like to go to Kings Casino with me. I'm now wondering whether there could be any problems because I'm banned from gambling in Germany. Does anyone have any experience with this or know anything about the regulations? Oasis is the database for Germany and a different one applies in the Czech Republic, that much I've been able to find out, but I can't find any concrete information on whether there might be problems or whether I can play there without any problems.
And is there a difference between third-party exclusion and self-exclusion or are both irrelevant and you can play there either way?
As we would be driving from Nuremberg, it would be nice to know this beforehand so that I can plan whether to go or stay at home on the day.
I already had the idea of simply calling there, but KI advised me not to, so as not to make a problem out of something that might not even exist.
It would be great if someone could help me.
Kind regards
