Hi,

i went to a state casino a few days ago. I got €500 at the counter and ended up with €9500. I traveled by public transport and it was a strange feeling to walk around at night with 9500€....

Forgot to ask at the time. Does anyone know whether state casinos also transfer money if you win a lot? Or do they only ever pay out in cash? I would much prefer a bank transfer.

Casinos in Germany do not transfer winnings, the earliest you can cash a crossed check at the bank is €50,000 or higher. But not for €9,500. They will refuse. Then take a cab instead. Best regards
