Hello all,
i hope I'm in the right place.
Since I myself am currently struggling with my Gambling addiction and the only sensible solution is the self-block in every conceivable casino (at least for me), I have created a table with casinos and the associated support emails.
Maybe one or the other is also like me, so I share the link here to possibly help you further:
Some casinos have a German customer support, but the English mails are also processed, so you can also send the English template to German casinos.
For all those who are not quite as powerful in English, I have written a sample text for the exclusion, you can use this for your emails: (just replace the italic with your info)
Hello,
I 'm currently fighting with a severe gambling addiction and would therefore like to close all my online casino accounts for the longest possible amount of time.
Here are all the details which may help identifying my account(s):
As I do not remember all of my account names, please close every account associated with this email address. Also, if possible, block this email address from registering any new accounts.
I 'd like you to ask to also not send me any more promotional Emails or Text messages.
If the account is already closed, please provide me with the exclusion time period.
Please confirm the closing of the account(s) and the duration for which they will be closed.
Thanks in advance and kind regards, Name
If you have any additions to the list, either write to me, or fill it in yourself (as far as it is possible on Google Sheets).
EDIT
Some more additions. Some casinos do not make it very easy to exclude yourself. At Eurogrand, for example, this is only possible via telephone, at some it is only possible via the account management of the site.
Greetings,
lexington

So I've tried that with the locks in countless casinos - so completely lock or longer timeout also. Is all MIST! You always find again nen Kack casino to gambeln. I have today my riskiest Deposit method "Sofort.com" blocked. This is simply the best thing you can do. Sure you can still use credit cards or PSC ... but the CC has a limit (and I need it for other things and can't play there without reason) and PSC you have to "buy before". My main concern is to curb the constant "money-grabbing". Personally, I do not find it bad if you play away a 100 times ... but sessions where you 3-4-5x Nachlegt ... those are the things where it is expensive. If you only have a PSC code, you play a little differently. Furthermore, I have but also casinos with PSC blocked lol. So I am currently totally limited and somehow that is already "liberating". As stupid as it sounds ... lol

Hey Aka,
yes that's true unfortunately. Every day more and more new casinos are added ...
Sofortüberweisung have I also already considered, but have not found a way.
How can you get blocked there?

Try it with an email to info@klarna.de. Sofortüberweisung was taken over by Klarna some time ago and will now officially merge with it. You should specify in the mail that you would like to block the payment method Sofortüberweisung. They will then come back to you to ask for your bank details to be able to block them in the system. For me, this went about 3 years ago without problems
This block was refused but at that time by the competitor Giropay the service of the savings banks and Raiffeisen banks...

Email support@sofort.com with the request that you want to block the service for your account. They will then ask for account holder and iban! Would not write it initially pure. Response time 1te email about 24h then again until the block.
Important note about this:
The block can never be lifted and with me, strangely enough, Giropay was also blocked!
