Hello dear community
Does anyone of you have experience with private insolvency and discharge of residual Debt?
I would like to please only information and tips, if someone can say something concrete! Speculations or any accusations I do not need.

I know myself quite well with the topic private insolvency, because I have dealt the last weeks with nothing else.
Only no one can tell me to what extent gambling away one's own assets until shortly before stopping payments is considered a waste or not. Especially since the last loan was also taken out only in March and the insolvency would probably be opened in August. Even with the money from this loan, I had then stupidly tried to make wins in order to be able to pay off even more.

On the one hand you read, because of Gambling addiction can not be denied the remaining debt relief, on the other hand you read something about waste.

So please, I don't need your personal feelings, but really people who have gone through this and say, with me it has been denied or not.

For background, I have always used pension, savings contract and gift first to pay off credit cards or loans, but then redeposited in Online Casinos via the credit cards.
Thanks a lot for your info!
LG Tina
