Hello,

am abstinent since Sept 2020 and want to get an RA to sue my house bank.

I've been blocked nationwide since 2019 and they haven't given me the opportunity to Deposit and play in OCs since then.

Does anyone have any tips?

Please no comments with morals, wins, losses, etc.

Thanks

Hello,
i understand why you want to sue your bank, but if I were you I would rather stick to the operators of the OCs where you were able to play despite the ban. You probably won't have a realistic chance against the bank, because they don't need to check whether you are listed in any blocking file and the debits from your account were - I assume - via Trustly or Klarna. The purposes used do not usually indicate gambling and a corresponding internal booking code, which is used for payments to gambling providers, has only been available at most banks for a short time (if at all)

So, as I said, against the bank I would leave, against the OCs your chances are good - there was recently even a corresponding LG judgment against the operator of bwin.

What kind of advice should I give you here.
Go to a lawyer and get advice, then you'll be smarter.

You make the mistake and gamble, and the bank should be to blame? As with alcoholics, drink until you drop and others are to blame.Man I would be ashamed to run to the lawyer, because I want to blame my own addiction on the bank.Go to the psycho doctor, that's all that might help with you.

In some situations it can happen that a person loses his footing, suffers blows of fate, can not cope with the grief, etc..
Often there are psychological but also social factors to repress experienced, the person falls into alcohol, drug addiction, Gambling addiction, etc.
To condemn such people in a general way now -without any background knowledge-
sry Harald - don't you find that shameful or rather normal?

Please do not evaluate as an attack on your person, is just something to think about it!

Do you mean Herould, or who do you mean? I do not know a Harald.Schicksalsschläge or not, but you have a conscience and can not make others or the bank responsible for his ill-considered actions. It is always easy to say, oh I try it times with gambling addiction then I can sue the best, where I have spent my money, because I do not want to be responsible. The bank can not know that you did not want to play, and are addicted to gambling.who initiates deposits, it makes with reason, unless it is one not capable of business (dementia manic depressive schitzophrenic ec. Minor ec.)

I did not respond to your post because you have a problem with players who may initiate a chargeback or something else
But I disliked the way you counter such users.

Anyway, have a nice weekend
