Great, I'm happy for you.
Many years ago, I was also addicted to gambling.
12 hours in the Spielo sat.
Today I don't have any more pressure to play,
Now and then I play with a good bonus, that's it.
Due to a move I got away from it at that time,
I can still only advise everyone after successful therapy
not to play again...Good luck and stamina....

The pressure of addiction is of course still there and will always come back and always be part of my life, especially in phases in which I am not mentally well. But I have learned to deal with it and have been gambling-free for almost half a year now. It feels absolutely good, yesterday for example I had a lot of pressure, but then I went out for a smoke, talked to my wife and after a short while I was able to cool down. Online I am and remain locked everywhere and that is also best so
👍 First of all, thank you for your feedback, I think great.
I find it always annoying when you make the effort and could have let due to lack of response.
Continue to stay strong and focus on your offspring, which should be already presumably there, right?

Could you describe again how the process is in such an inpatient clinic and how a day looks like?
Thank you and all the best furthermore

Depending on the clinic, it is a 6-8 hour program from Monday to Friday. This can be quite different with group therapy, individual meetings, leisure activities, occupational and occupational therapy, psychoeducation.
Besides dealing with the addiction in particular, it is also about trying out and getting to know new things that could take the place of gambling. There are clinics with bow and arrow courses, art therapy, craft rooms, sports fields and halls, swimming pools and more. It's kind of like a regular work day but it's all about you. Afterwards and on weekends there is free time and depending on the clinic there are different offers such as small cinema halls.

I think it is to be understood that the several thousand euros were gambled instead of saving. Besides, there is always the possibility for debts, theft and loans.
