Hi!

I've finally decided to register here today after I've been reading along for a long time.

I would like to join a support group.... However, I can't imagine how it works there and to be honest I'm a bit scared
Is it always like you see in the movies/series, that several people form a circle of chairs and then everyone tells something about themselves or how can I imagine that?

About experiences on your part I would be very grateful!

Are there any alternatives that one could take up?

Sincerely

I think there are better forums than, to get to
Information.
A gambling forum will probably trigger you too much. Better get information in an addiction forum.

Oh forgot your post @Jenn-R

I think that would be too big a step for me. Would just like to talk to someone about it who feels similar. Sure about son forum is also possible, but I would personally find it a little better (even if I'm bissle afraid of hab)

But thanks for your opinion!

I would first recommend an addiction counseling center. They can advise you very well about therapies and also recommend self-help groups.

At one of these, you can certainly sit a bit apart and take a look at everything in peace. You don't have to be afraid at all. Then you can still decide whether this is something for you, or rather not.

So I did that there as and decided for me that so ne self-help group is rather nothing for me

Thanks for the tips.

A slightly different question: Hear again and again (even here in the forum) that you can supposedly get his money back.
So far I've only come across wirholendeingeld. Have you already experienced? Is it worth it?
That would be with me a real chunk of coal...
